You get to see every candidate looking to move firms in the areas of law that interest you. A quick review of their short profile allows you to decide if you want to request their CV. Until then our service to you costs nothing except the nominal membership fee. The candidate is then advised that your firm would like to see their CV and reviews your firm's profile. They decide they would like the opportunity of meeting you and click to release their CV to you. At that point you become liable to pay the CV download fee (as little as £25).
